Bring the whole of you, the whole of your presence into whatever it is you are doing. Yes, that means that even when you are taking out the trash, if you are changing the baby’s nappy or cleaning your teeth, all of the things you do, bring the whole of your awareness into that place. And look for the joy which is there. I know that sounds challenging! and it can be especially when we are looking at banal, everyday things. However, if you use this as an opportunity to train yourself into the moment, the rest of your world starts to open up and starts to reflect the joy that you find in every moment.
